An insured courier collects from anywhere in the UK. In London, you are welcome at the workshop.

We find the fault, free of charge, and give you one price. Nothing is done until you say yes.
Repaired, tested, returned
We repair it, test it properly and send it home with a 3-month warranty.

Where we are
Our workshop is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Many London repairs are done the same day. For the rest of the UK, the courier comes to your door.

Is the courier insured?
Yes. Collections we arrange travel by insured courier.
How should I pack it?
Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding on every side. For a desktop, the original box is ideal. Ask us if you are unsure.
Can I bring it in?
Yes. Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
