Do you charge to look at my computer?
No. The assessment is free. We tell you what has failed and give you a fixed price before any work is done.
What if I decide not to go ahead?
Then nothing is repaired, and you get your computer back. No pressure, ever.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. Repairs carry a 3-month warranty.
I am not in London. Can you still help?
Yes. We collect by insured courier from anywhere in the UK and send the computer back the same way. See how it works.
How long will it take?
Many London repairs are done the same day. Courier repairs are usually back within a few working days, depending on parts.
Will my files be safe?
We treat your files as private and precious. Most hardware repairs do not touch them at all, and we back them up first where there is any risk.
Is my computer worth repairing?
Usually, yes. Repair costs less than replacing, and it keeps a good machine out of landfill. If it is not worth it, we say so.
Which makes do you repair?
All of them, desktop and laptop: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Apple, Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Fujitsu, Packard Bell and custom-built PCs.
Can I bring it in?
Yes. The workshop is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
